This safari tour highlights why Uganda is gifted by nature. It gives first hand exposure to the world of Gorillas and abundant wildlife.
Arrival at Entebbe airport, picked up by our staff, driven to hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Kampala – Queen Elizabeth
Depart Kampala for Queen Elizabeth NP, you will have a brief stop-over at The Equator, where you can take photographs and buy souvenirs. Proceed through the magical Ankole cattle herds grazing alongside the road as you are entering Mbarara town where you will have Lunch, after which you will proceed to Queen Elizabeth arriving in the evening.

Day 3: Game drive- Kazinga channel launch cruise
A cup of coffee will be served in preparation for an early morning game drive during which you expect to see various attractions in their natural habitats including elephants, solitary African cape buffaloes, hyenas, lions, leopard, antelopes, warthogs and beautiful birds of prey such as vultures. This park has spectacular sceneries including crater lakes and rolling savannah plains overlooking the snow capped Mt. Rwenzori. After the game drive you will return to the lodge for a late breakfast. You can relax in the wild while listening to the natural echoes at the lodge until lunch time.
Right after lunch, slope down to Kazinga channel for a launch cruise, where you expect high chances of spotting at trumpeting elephants, hundreds of buffaloes, antelopes, hippos and above all this is the leading birding destination, over 600 bird species including pelicans, kingfishers, hammer corps, woodpeckers, cormorants, goliath heron etc can be seen during the launch cruise.
Day 4: Ishasha tree climbing lions trek and proceed to Bwindi impenetrable forest.
Right after breakfast, checkout and depart for ishasha sector where you expect to trek the roaring super carnivores “The tree climbing Lions” relaxing on the huge forked tree branches. After Ishasha lions trek proceed to Bwindi.

Day 5: Community walk
Proceed to Bwindi in the afternoon, have a community walk and interact with the pygmies as they entertain you.
After the wakeAfter an early breakfast, proceed to the headquarters with a snack for briefing about Gorilla tracking. In the foggy morning you will be guided to the misty impenetrable forest for a lifetime experience in the African jungles. The crisscrossed trails crossing ever flowing streams, valleys and uplands all covered by a dark tree canopy and alpine vegetation that harbours a variety of forest birds, mammals and a above all the gentle forest giants “Mountain Gorillas”. This is the most rewarding adventure experience; imagine you on encounter with these Majestic endangered primates at a very close range rolling in their natural territory.
Dinner and overnight at Engagi lodge/ Buhoma community camp.
Day 7: Depart for Kampala, lunch enroute
